Creamer Electrical was established in 1986 by John and Stephen Creamer, and has grown steadily ever since. The company started out as an electrical contracting firm and over the years to follow we began to establish ourselves as a building / maintenance company, special. We recently changed the company name to ‘Maulyte’ so as to identify us as a building services company. We pride ourselves on providing a top quality comprehensive service, whilst still being very competitive and reliable. On each contract we start we aim to build up a close working relationship with our clients, so as to enhance the smooth running of the works.
Our work force is multi-trade so we can cover most aspects of the building industry; we currently have a reliable hard working and enthusiastic workforce, and when necessary we employ short term contract workers, we try whenever possible to source these from the area local to the contract.
All our operatives carry Identification with our name and contact number on; they also wear company specific work-wear with our name printed on, so that they are instantly recognisable. They are all reliable, smart, helpful and friendly and willing to help out in all instances’ which can be especially helpful when vulnerable tenants are involved.
Our aim is to offer a complete service and we pride ourselves on having gained a reputation within the industry for doing just that.
Recent Contracts include Decent Homes refurbishment works for Gallions Housing, Amicus Horizon, SLFHA, Hyde Housing and on a sub-contract basis to Denne Maintenance, Axis Europe plc, and Enterprise. We also work for Moat Housing, Bourne Housing, Maidstone Housing, GNP International, AWC Construction, Pollards Hill Housing. Hugo Appleby Ltd, BMI Healthcare, Harley Street Clinic.
